About McCarty Motors
McCarty Motors was originally established in Boulder County, Colorado by Charles McCarty. After several successful years of loyal repeat and referral business, the McCarty family pursued a lifestyle change and moved to North Carolina. The Colorado McCarty Motors was proudly taken over by the general manager who, today, owns and operates it successfully. The new North Carolina store was built from scratch in the beautiful Mooresville/Lake Norman area, just 20 Miles north of Charlotte, NC. Challenging as it was, Charles and his son Marshall collaborated with relative Kevin Noto to build what is now the well respected McCarty Motors, specializing in the finest pre-owned luxury and sports cars available. As the challenging dynamics of the car business again presented auto dealers with the questioning direction of business layouts and operation, the McCarty’s stuck to their original objective of quality over quantity. Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 4 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Cash (In Person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
NC State Residents will be charged a statewide standard 3% sales tax & $199.50 Document & Title fee upon purchase of any vehicle. NC fees do not apply to any out of state buyer/s. **All Vehicles sold in NC are sold with a new NC State Inspection** Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
